<p class="wtext">东方网1月18日报道：国家野战食品有了“上海制造”。记者昨天获悉，上海冠生园益民食品有限公司日前被指定为国家野战食品（压缩饼干）动员中心。此举标志着冠生园集团将担负起保障突发事件或局部战争状态下的军队供给任务。</p><p class="wtext">据了解，早在上个世纪五六十年代，冠生园压缩饼干就定点供应军队总后勤部，产品保持着良好的品质和信誉。随着我国经济的不断发展，国家的稳定和安全在充分保证的情况下，压缩饼干的生产也经国家有关部门的批准从军需产品转为平战兼用产品，为此冠生园集团所属上海冠生园益民食品有限公司对民用压缩饼干进行了全方位开发，先后根据人体定时能量消耗情况，研制开发了“健力排”产品和各类口味的压缩饼干。</p><p class="wtext">为了保证军用食品的生产能力，提高我国国民经济的军民兼容能力，解决军用食品的平战衔接问题，2001年初，经上海市经委经济动员办公室批准，冠生园集团上海冠生园益民食品有限公司压缩饼干动员生产线技改项目正式立项，同年底项目竣工，改造后的压缩饼干生产设备，引进国外先进的自动真空包装机、金属探测仪等，使项目的先进性、可靠性和安全性有了可靠的保证。</p>
