<strong><font color="#555555">陡降 <font size="2">Drop-offs</font></font></strong><font color="#000000"><br/></font><p><font color="#000000">陡降也是會令人害怕的,看起來前輪似乎要墜落把你上身往下斜。在很陡的下坡時把你身體往後來增加信心,要準備把前輪往下降,你要煞在陡降坡邊緣然後完全放開前煞。最好的控制是完全不要碰前煞直到輪子滾動有抓地力時,不要只是騎下去應該把前輪壓下讓車子順著路面起伏,當你前輪下降時把手把往前推,你可能會一下子往後把胸部撞到坐墊,當你到的時候馬上把你自己往後拉到較正常的站姿。另一種下陡降坡的技巧是用速度,當你遇到斷層時抬前輪,一過那個斷層時放開煞車然後有足夠空間讓你後輪先著地,找個平滑的著地點很重要而且要有足夠空間來煞車避開障礙物。先在較平的地方練習小的陡降,或用步行下坡,使用這些基本下坡的技巧你騎車會更有自信和控制。<br/></font><font color="#888888" size="2">Drop-offs can be pretty intimidating it looks like the front of the bike will drop away and pitch your upper body forward. For confidence on steep drop-offs, get your body way back. To anticipate the front wheel of dropping away, you be on the brakes right up the edge of the drop then release the front brake completely. For the best control, stay off the front brake until the wheel is rolling enough to establish traction, don’t just ride off the drop, instead push the front wheel down, so the bike follows the contour of the ledge. Push the bars away and forward as you drop the front wheel off. For an instant your chest will be so far back that it might hit the seat, immediately start pulling yourself back to more normal stance as you land, another strategy for dropping off the ledge is with speed.As you hip a lip lift the front wheel, you need to be off the brakes as you come off the leap and have enough momentum to land rear wheel first. It’s important to have smooth landing area and enough room to brake for any obstacles are turned, practise with short drops on flatter terrain, walking a drop is always an option, by using these basic descending techniques you will ride with more confidence and control.</font></p>
