size="2">作为自行车选手到观众面前时，应把车子清理得干干净净。就是车手干净发亮心情也就不一样了。比赛季节我每周都定期清洗车子(月平均骑行800～1200km)，平常则两星期一次清洗。需要注意的是除了必需量之外，不要加太多油。尤其注意链条的上油，链条有没有小心地上过油，将大大影响踩踏，若上油适当踩起来非常轻快。上油的方法是：为了避免</font></p></td><td width="12" size="2">清洗山地车所使用的工具很多，例如，清洗整个车体用的刷子，洗轮胎用的硬而刷毛短的刷子，从一个一个链轮中挑出粘土等脏物以及磨光用的刷子，较细的空隙用的旧牙刷，从pantergreaph内部挑出草或泥土的工具等等。关于洗洁剂，若粘上的油多时，厨房用的洗洁剂也可以用，也可使用洗车用品店所出售的洗车用清洁剂。洗车的次序基本上是从上到下。但是disk brake的转动部位，若是V-brake型的话，brake的连接部位，轮缘等部位，刷子尚未沾上油污以前先清洗。使用喷雾剂时，在喷咀部位用破布等围起来，防止附近的部位被沾上清洁剂。</font></p></td></tr><tr><td width="277" height="53"><p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%;"><font size="2"><img size="2">手接触不到部位，或者精密部件等都使用喷雾配件清洁剂-清洗。轮缘附近等靠近轮胎的部位，以及shield的附近可能会损伤部件，不要喷雾，把清洁剂沾在布上进行清理。使用配件清洁剂清洗后，没有油因此必需上油。<br/>要懂得某些部件是不能够接触溶剂、滑润剂的，如刹车垫、轮缘侧边、轮胎绝不可沾上滑润剂的。若不小心沾上滑润剂，必需用清洁剂抹净。<br/>洗净并上油后检查所有的螺栓，不是用扭紧，而是检查有没有松弛的程度的力量，向扭的方向转一下就可以了。这种程度的检查也能够减少骑行中产生的不少故障。<br/>进一步的检查应该是：刹车杆的冲程的调整，前后变速。检查完高和低的冲程后，每一段都要检查。变速线有无变长，固定线的螺栓变松弛时，操作杆有时不会反应，因此必需检查。</font></p></td><td
