久裕花鼓之换培林

和这次换培林的主角---SKF 6001-2RS、SKF 609-2RS

使用的润滑脂---SKF LGEP 2

用2mm六角扳手把螺丝转松

再来就可以用手直接把防尘盖拉出

打开来后长这样 可以直接看到培林啰

用橡胶槌把中轴给敲出(需要的力道还蛮大的...)

敲下来的中轴和两侧的培林

再来就是新培林的登场啰 SKF 609-2RS

先用大头针把培林两侧的橡胶盖挑开

泡煤油 把原本里面的润滑脂给洗掉 洗干净的样子(这时候转起来好顺 XD)

重新涂上LEGP2润滑脂(其实照片上有点涂太多了)
然后把两侧的橡胶盖用手盖回去

把两颗上好润滑脂的培林和中轴装回花鼓 用旧的培林垫在两侧新的培林外
装上快折 防尘盖 用快拆慢慢紧迫(转紧 扳动快拆扳手 重覆数次) 把培林压回花鼓
(在新培林边上涂点润滑脂会比较容易紧迫)

紧迫到位后 用手大力前后拉推中轴 是感觉不到中轴有间隙可以滑动的

培林上涂上一层润滑脂防水

锁回防尘盖和快折 前轮的培林置换就完成了

用17mm薄开手扳手、5mm六角扳手把非飞轮侧的防尘盖转开

转开后内部的样子 可以直接看到培林

用同样的方法折开飞轮侧的防尘盖

拆下来的防尘盖(一样可见到里面有防水橡圈)

再来用细的六角扳手把棘轮座上的防水橡圈顶出

打开来后的棘轮座是长这个样子
(可以看见里面有培林 型号是6901 前后各一颗...不过这次并没有要换它)

此时就可以用手直接将棘轮座拉出 拉出后的棘轮座

这里还有一个防水橡圈 一样用细的六角扳手即可顶出

(疑 怎么没有重新上润滑脂?...因为时间晚了 我懒)
(在新培林边上涂点润滑脂会比较容易紧迫)

(不过后来发现 飞轮侧的旧培林还是垫在棘轮座外侧比较好 要不然紧迫后旧培林很难取下...)

装上防尘盖和快拆 和前轮一样的方法把新培林紧迫回花鼓
(同样 紧迫完成 用手用力拉推中轴 是感觉不到中轴有间隙可以滑动的)

涂上润滑脂防水 装回防水橡圈
